Marriam Ali, MD - Endocrinology, Diabetes & Metabolism
Dr. Marriam Ali is a board certified endocrinologist who is proud to care for patients at our Frisco office. She brings a warm, patient centered approach to helping people navigate some of the most common and complex hormonal conditions affecting our community today. With particular expertise in diabetes care, including the latest advances in diabetes technology such as insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors, Dr. Ali also provides compassionate, expert guidance for thyroid disorders, PCOS, and bone health conditions including osteoporosis.
Given the increased incidence of diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular disease in the general population, Dr. Ali and her team are deeply committed to helping patients focus on building a healthy lifestyle through thoughtful changes in diet and exercise that can meaningfully improve their medical conditions. She understands that managing an endocrine condition goes far beyond writing prescriptions. It is about partnering with patients, equipping them with practical knowledge, and empowering them to make lasting changes that support their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
What truly sets Dr. Ali apart is her belief that medicine should never be one size fits all. Born and raised right here in Dallas, Dr. Ali earned her medical degree from Texas A&M College of Medicine before completing her Internal Medicine residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She then pursued specialized fellowship training in endocrinology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she developed advanced expertise in diagnosing and treating complex hormonal disorders. Her Texas roots combined with training at some of the nation’s leading medical institutions give her a unique ability to connect with patients while delivering exceptional, evidence based care.
Outside of the office, Dr. Ali enjoys exploring new destinations through travel and sharing quality time in the kitchen with her husband and daughter, where they love preparing healthy, flavorful meals together.
